Ingredients & Research

key ingredients:

Squalane – A super nice and stable oily liquid that occurs naturally in the sebum of the human skin. It's a superb moisturizer making the skin silky smooth, without being heavy or greasy. It's pretty much compatible with all skin types and skin conditions, incl. acne-prone skin.

Lipids (Jojoba Oil/Macadamia Seed Oil Esters, Phytosteryl Macadamiate, Phytosterols, Squalene)  –  Jojoba, macadamia and olive oil-derived, patented lipid mixture that mimics the surface lipid composition of healthy, young adult skin. Used at 3%, it is clinically proven to help barrier repair and skin hydration. It works in synergy with Ceramide 2.

Ceramide 2 – Also known as Ceramide NG, is one of the 9 types of ceramides that can be found naturally in the upper layer of the skin. Ceramides are super important molecules in keeping the barrier healthy and the skin hydrated

Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract (standardised to 90% polyphenols) - Green tea polyphenols are one of the most researched natural ingredients proven to have potent antioxidant, UV protecting and soothing properties.

Bisabolol + Allantoin - Two classic skincare ingredients known for their skin soothing abilities.

Amazing for sensitive skin

It worked great for my sensitive combo skin. No irritation, enough nourishment/hydration (it might not be enough for very dry skin).

Love this!

Damn, G&G really doesn't disappoint. I have never came across a brand before where I genuinely loved so many products of theirs. This Moisturizer isn't a exception. It's lighter than I expected and might not be enough for folks with really dry skin, but for my combination skin it works perfectly. It's magic, really.

Bolo by dobré ju predávať v dvoch verziach veľkosti balenia. 50 ml a napr. 100 ml.

Not hydrating enough for dry skin

I actually bought this moisturiser for my 10 y/o daughter who has dry skin. It’s not hydrating enough for her. I have combination acne prone and it’s hydrating for me so I am using after A game 10 at night in the winter month.
Overall I still prefer the hydration station, but will repurchase this just for the winter month. But for dry skin I don’t think this is hydrating enough.

Not for me

I havent figured out which ingredient it is, but most moisturizers give me little whiteheads on my forehead and make my skin look bumpy and uneven. Unfortunately, so does this one.
I have dry, sensitive, acne-prone skin and this was not moisturizing enough for me. What I liked about it though is that it absorbed very well and had a matte look.
