It's the ideal first cleanse in the evening as it glides on gorgeously & melts on the skin quickly, transforming into a silky oil that can dissolve even hard-to remove impurities. Mighty Melt emulsifies upon contact with water & turns into a milky emulsion that can be rinsed off easily, leaving skin completely clean & soft with no greasy residue.

how to use

Use your dry fingertips to scoop a generous, half-walnut to walnut size amount onto dry skin. Gently massage Mighty Melt over your face & eyes in circular motions. Add a splash of lukewarm water to emulsify & break down all traces of makeup and sunscreen. Rinse well & if you double cleanse, follow with your water-based second cleanser - our tip: Jelly Joker Low pH Gentle Cleanser. Gently pat dry with a clean towel. 

Shelf life: 2 years from production (unopened), 8 months PAO (period after opening)

key ingredients:

Ethylhexyl Palmitate - A rich-spreading emollient ester that's especially effective at breaking down waterproof makeup & sunscreen. 

PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate - A highly effective, but mild surfactant that's gentle to the skin and can easily be rinsed off leaving no oily residue. It is the perfect surfactant for cleansing balms and oil cleansers with an easy rinse.

Olive Oil PEG-7 Esters - An olive oil-derived, water-soluble, but oily liquid that works as a co-surfactant in the formula.

Oleyl Erucate - A vegetable-based emollient ester (oleyl alcohol + erucic acid) with a rich and caring skin feel that is also great at dissolving makeup.

Another holy grail

I had been hoping for a while that G&G would bring out a cleansing balm to go with Jelly Joker, so I was very excited to try the product out. I was not disappointed. The cleanser is excellent. I love that it is fragrance free and not irritating. The texture is lovely and it is highly effective at cutting through make-up and sunscreen. As usual with G&G, the cost to quality ratio is amazing. The product will be replacing a designer balm cleanser, which costs 3/4 times as much, in my routine moving forward.

It is really all I could wish for in a cleansing balm! it is so creamy, removes mascara really well without much effort, doesn t leave a film on the eyes, the price is amazing! I am so impressed with this brand!! <3<3<3

Beautiful texture, good brand

This is my second time purchasing this product after discovering this brand from the YouTuber Aliceintherabbithole. I love that they are a small, science-backed skincare company. This product lasts me maybe 1-1.5 months with nightly use, and while I can't speak to how well it removes makeup, it does a great job with sunscreen as a first cleanse. The texture is somehow rich but fluffy, and it washes off well. No scent or fragrance too! I also think it is reasonably priced, though I do wish the packaging was more travel-friendly and less bulky. It's worth a try if you are looking for a no-frills cleansing balm.
