A silky, rich textured jelly cleanser designed to cleanse the skin thoroughly without drying it out or disrupting the skin barrier. Two very gentle, yet effective surfactants join forces in this all-skin type & skin problem formula to cleanse the skin and dissolve (water-soluble) makeup. It does not sting the eyes, and has a low, skin-friendly pH (~4.8-5.4). It is the most universally usable (or we could say, jolly joker) cleanser we could think of. 

who is it for?

Literally anyone who washes face and likes the non-foaming, jelly texture. :) We worked hard to make this cleanser suitable for all skin types & all skin problems, including skin with redness or sensitivity, or skin affected by the fungi, Malessezia.

how to use

Wet face, squeeze cleanser into palm and gently, but thoroughly massage over face and eye area. Rinse well with tepid water and pat dry.

If you are not using waterproof sunscreen or makeup, Jelly Joker cleanses the skin thoroughly as a one-step cleanser. In this case, use a generous amount and massage skin for 30-60 seconds. If you wear long-lasting sunscreen or makeup, or you prefer double cleansing, Jelly Joker is perfect as a second cleanse.

We do not think that washing your face in the morning with a cleanser is necessary, lukewarm water usually works as well. But if you prefer to use a cleanser in the morning, Jelly Joker is gentle enough to be a great morning cleanser.

Shelf life: 2 years from production (unopened), 12 months PAO (period after opening).

PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides + Poloxamer 184 - Very gentle yet effective surfactants (cleansing agents) known mostly from micellar waters and contact lens solutions. They do not sting the eyes at all. 

Xylitylglucoside + Anhydroxylitol + Xylitol – A sugar based humectant trio that increases the skin’s water-binding capacity and strengthens the skin’s barrier. Helps to make our cleanser more gentle and hydrating.

Panthenol + Allantoin - A classic soothing duo helping Jelly Joker to be even more gentle.

My holy grail water based cleanser

I absolutely love this cleanser and it is now my holy grail water based cleanser, which I use alone in the morning and after a cleansing balm in the evenings. It is great for my sensitive, combination skin. It doesn't dry my skin out at all but cleanses really thoroughly. It is not fragranced, which is great for sensitive skin, and it feels really nice to use. The quality to price ratio is really impressive, as with all G&G products I have used. Please make a balm cleanser to go with it :)

Pure Jelly Joy

This cleanser was such a surprise first time I used it!
I love everything about it! It does the job, it’s not stripping, it’s fragrance free, leaves the skin hydrated, it’s great for sensitive skin and the
consistency is so different from anything I’ve tried before - it’s a pure jelly joy!
I would though recommend this as a second cleanser (I double cleanse) . Heavy makeup should be removed with another cleanser.

A dream for sensitive skin

Type of skin is ultra sensitive with rosacea. I’m also 35 years old and have been looking for a replacement for my previous gel cleanser for a long time. This one feels like perfection. I love the texture and have had zero bad reaction after using it every day for a few weeks! I don’t use makeup right now but my toners/hydrating creams are perfectly received by my skin after this cleanser 🙏🏻

Bought it on a whim, pleasantly surprised

(For the record, my skin is not particularly sensitive, but I am currently in a sensitized, sort of irritated and dry phase, due to having been careless with my actives).

This was amazing. I don't generally enjoy cream cleansers (I usually prefer gentle foaming ones), but this was so great! Applying it felt soothing and pleasant because it has such a silky texture, and after rinsing it off my skin felt clean, but not squeeky or pulling. Even though I got distracted and did not apply any skincare for like an hour after cleansing, my skin continued feeling hydrated and soft.

It did remove my (chemical, non-waterproof) sunscreen just fine, but I have not tried with makeup - I think I will keep to double cleansing for makeup removal. I will definitely repurchase.

Just wow!!!

I am so amazed by this cleanser. I used to use the Dr Sam's Flawless cleanser but in my opinion this is even better !! It's easier to spread and leaves my skin so hydrated after. I have sensitive acne prone skin and this is a dream.. please never stop selling this !!!!!
