A refreshing, light gel cream textured moisturiser that goes beyond the basics, as it not only hydrates, but also protects and soothes the skin. A medium-amount of 5% Glycerin is enhanced by hydrators working in synergy with glycerin: a new-generation molecule called Isosorbide Dicaprylate and a sugar trio, trade named Aquaxyl, help the transportation of glycerin throughout the epidermis (by upregulating Aquaporin-3) and strengthen the skin barrier by stimulating the skin’s own ceramide production.
The 1% Ectoin in the formula hydrates & soothes the skin, while it also protects from all kinds of environmental stress, such as pollution, oxidative stress, blue & visible light. A good dose of two classic calming ingredients, Allantoin and Bisabolol further enhance the soothing ability of Hydration Station.

Ingredients & Research
Glycerin - A natural, water-binding moisturizer that’s also in our skin. It is the gold standard, most proven humectant that goes beyond simple hydration. It keeps the skin lipids between our skin cells in a healthy (liquid crystal) state, protects against irritation, and helps to restore the barrier. 5% of Glycerin counts as a medium amount, ideal for combination-oily skin.
Ectoin - An amazing, all-around skin protectant. This well-researched, multi-functional active has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, pollution & light protecting, skin hydrating, barrier repairing as well as anti-aging properties.
Isosorbide Dicaprylate - A modern skin hydrator and barrier builder molecule that works particularly well with Glycerin. It is known to upregulate Aquaporin-3, the important water & glycerin channels in the epidermis.
Xylitylglucoside + Anhydroxylitol + Xylitol – A sugar based humectant trio that works in synergy with glycerin to increase the skin’s water-binding capacity and strengthen the skin barrier.
Bisabolol + Allantoin - Two classic skincare ingredients known for their skin soothing abilities.

There are multiple G&G products I love but unfortunately this isn't one of them. I have combo/dehydrated skin so this product sounded great to me initially.
I have used it for a week and every time I applied it my skin tingled & burned a little bit. I have a healthy barrier and rarely use exfoliants or retinol, so this doesn't happen to me very often.
Like someone else wrote, my product also has little white hardened/grainy pieces in it that feel like you're rubbing salt on your skin. That might be the reason my face felt tingly. Overall good ingredients & texture, but did not work for me sadly.
We are so sorry to read your experience! :( The hardened/grainy pieces are definitely not normal in the product and could have been caused by cold storage/shipping conditions in some of the first few batches. We have since resolved this production issue, and should not happen any more. We are happy to send you a replacement product or a refund, please write us an email at email@example.com.
This cream has a very pleasant texture, very moisturizing, and isn't expensive. But I have two problems with : "plush" when I apply it, (small white grains) no matter how I apply it; it may be just an incompatibility with my skin. And it contains PEG/PPG, which is the worst part.
We are so sorry to read that your HS has a grainy texture, that is definitely not normal and could have been caused by cold storage/shipping conditions in some of the first few batches. We have since resolved this production issue, and should not happen any more. The PEG/PPG/Polybutylene Glycol-8/5/3 Glycerin is a very gentle, glycerin derived ingredient well tolerated even by sensitive skin. If other than the grainy texture, you would like to use HS, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org, we are happy to send a replacement or if not, a refund.
I really enjoy using this formular in the mornings. It sinks in really quick even on my rather oily skin.
I love this moisturizer, it's so hydrating but doesn't irritate skin or cause acne. I use this every night.
I ordered this moisturiser recently and I am loving it. Will stock up on this for sure!
This so light weight but v. hydrating. I have combination, acne prone and somewhat sensitive skin.
I love ectoin and knew this will be a hit for me, but I think the bisabolol and Allantoin offer soothing effect as well.
The price point is fantastic.
I use this as a day time moisturiser before applying sunscreen but think it should be fine for night time as well. It’s winter now so using the other moisturiser at night, but this one is my favourite.
